Endicott Arm Fjord

Endicott Arm Fjord, located approximately 50 miles southeast of Juneau in Alaska, is a spectacular narrow fjord that extends over 30 miles long, with nearly one-fifth of its area covered in ice. At the head of the fjord lies the majestic Dawes Glacier, which regularly calving enormous chunks of ice into the waters below. During the summer, visitors can witness icebergs floating along the glistening water, ranging in size from just a few inches to three stories wide. Endicott Arm is a haven for wildlife, with sightings of black and brown bears, deer, wolves, harbor seals, mountain goats, and various seabirds. As you cruise through the pristine fjord, you'll pass by lush forests, cascading waterfalls, snowcapped mountains, and blue-tinged glaciers, providing views more breathtaking than you could ever imagine.
