Livadi Port

Livadi, Nisos Serifos, Greece

Livadi is the largest settlement and the main port of Serifos, located in the southeastern part of the island in a bay protected from the wind. It is blessed with water and offers good mooring facilities for ships and yachts in all weather conditions. Livadi is a vibrant tourist center with numerous accommodations, a bank, post office, gas station, pharmacy, and Port Police Station. Visitors can find information offices, travel agencies, and various shops. The port features the largest beach on the island, Avlomonas. Livadi is also a hub for buses traveling to beaches, quaint villages, the historic castle of the Archangels, the White Tower, and the Great Livadi with its rich mining history and remnants. From Livadi, one can enjoy a panoramic view of one of the most beautiful Hora in Cyclades, with picturesque cobbled streets and whitewashed Cycladic houses.
